Cinema ticketing software for Poland

The best cinema ticketing software for most Polish cinemas is Filmgrail on top of the box office you already run. Keep your system kasowy at the counter, and let Filmgrail run your own branded website, native iOS and Android apps and online checkout, for a flat price per screen with no per-ticket fees.

Cinema software in Poland: what cinemas run today

Poland's multiplexes belong to international circuits with their own apps. Its large art-house network, the kina studyjne, mostly sells through Polish ticketing systems shared with theatres and cultural venues.

Our September 2026 crawl does not publish a Polish breakdown, so this table lists systems by what each vendor says about itself. Vendor facts checked on each vendor's own website (biletyna.pro, vectorsoftware.pl, vista.co) on 26 September 2026. Vendors change their products; confirm anything decision-critical with them directly.

What that means for a Polish cinema

A general ticketing system treats a film like a concert: an event with a date and a price. That works for the box office. It does not give your cinema a website that sells the programme, an app on your regulars' phones, or a loyalty scheme that competes with the multiplexes.

Filmgrail adds all three without touching the counter, where your fiscal printers and cash reports stay as they are. We read films, sessions, seats and prices from your box office and write each online sale back. Circuits on Vista can start from our Vista integration; for other systems we check what your installation exposes and scope it in writing first.

Why Polish cinemas choose Filmgrail

Cinema City and Multikino sell under national brands. Filmgrail gives a kino studyjne, a municipal cinema or a regional group the same tools under its own name.

Your brand, not a shared booking page

Your own website on your own domain, a proper page for every film, your seasons and events, and a checkout in your colours. Not a booking page that looks the same for every venue on the system.

Native iOS and Android apps included

Your cinema on the moviegoer's home screen, on the same CMS as the website, with push when a saved film goes on sale. In our crawl of 1,189 cinema websites, only 7% linked to an app.

Flat price, no per-ticket fees

From $200 to $20,000 a year, flat per screen. Our price does not rise with your attendance, and we never take a cut of a ticket.

Your box office stays

Filmgrail sits in front of your box office. It reads films, sessions, seats and prices and writes each sale back, so the counter, your fiscal receipts and your reporting do not change.

Live in weeks

A few weeks when we already integrate your box office and payment provider; about a month when we connect a new one.

Loyalty, push and Insights built in

Member pricing, push campaigns and audience analytics in the same customer record as the sale, plus a planning tool for your programme and a festival platform if you run one.

The Polish market

UNIC reports Poland among the few European markets up on both measures in 2025: box office up 1.3% and admissions up 0.3% (see European cinema statistics). Multikino, part of Vue International, runs 281 screens on 39 sites in Poland and Lithuania, and Cinema City is part of Regal Global Entertainment (see the largest cinema chains).

Polish moviegoers expect BLIK, and many pay through Przelewy24 alongside cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We integrate your payment provider rather than forcing ours on you.

Art-house cinemas organise through Stowarzyszenie Kin Studyjnych, which runs the Art-House Cinema Conference and staff training; Stowarzyszenie Kina Polskie runs the Forum Wokół Kina in Rzeszów. We list cinema industry events in Poland, including the industry days at Warsaw, New Horizons and Gdynia.

Proof: who runs on Filmgrail

We do not yet have a Polish cinema live. The closest comparables to Poland's art-house and municipal cinemas are in Norway and Sweden: Bio Bristol, an association-run quality film cinema near Stockholm, and Elverum Kulturhus, which runs its cinema inside a wider cultural programme, both run on Filmgrail. Bergen Kino runs 18 halls with website, native apps and online ticketing on the same platform.

Poland's festival scene can run on our festival platform, which runs BIFF, Norway's largest film festival.

$200–$20,000
a year, flat per screen

$0
per-ticket fees

We never take a cut of your tickets. A sold-out weekend costs you nothing extra.

Weeks
to go live

A few weeks if we already integrate your box office and payment provider; about a month for a new one.

~$5,000
a year for a mid-size festival

Festival website, apps, passes and ticketing on the same flat logic, with no per-ticket fee.

Pricing and setup

Pricing is published and flat: from $200 a year for a single screen to $20,000 a year for a large circuit, per screen, with no per-ticket fees (see pricing). Prices are in US dollars. A mid-size film festival pays about $5,000 a year. If we already integrate your box office and payment provider you can be live in a few weeks; a system we have not connected before takes about a month, and we confirm the scope in writing before anything is signed.

See your own cinema on it before you talk to anyone: the free cinema website prototype builds a version of your site from its current address. Then book a demo against your real programme.
