The integration pattern is the same in every case: a read of programme and seating data, a write of the completed sale, and a reconciliation report both sides agree on. If your box office can expose those three things over an API, a file drop or a database view, it can carry Filmgrail.

Do we have to change our box office system to use Filmgrail?
No. Filmgrail is designed to sit on top of the ticketing and box office system you already run. The counter, the inventory, the pricing rules and the back-office reporting stay where they are.
Which box office systems does Filmgrail work with?
Vista, Veezi, POSitive, Admit One, MyCloudCinema, COMPESO, Savoy Systems, Jack Roe and RTS are the ones cinemas ask about most, and any other system that can expose programme and seating data and accept a completed sale.
Where does the money actually land?
In your own payment account. Filmgrail sells through your merchant relationship rather than acting as the merchant of record, and the completed order is written back into your box office so takings reconcile against the same reports you use now.
What happens to our existing customer data?
Existing records stay in whatever system holds them today. Filmgrail builds a moviegoer profile from activity on your own site and apps, and can be joined to your box office customer records where the system exposes them.
How long does an integration take?
It depends entirely on what the box office system exposes and how quickly its vendor responds. A documented API is a short piece of work; an undocumented database is a longer one. We give you a timeline after looking at your specific setup, not before.
