Vista cinema login and support: every official link in one place

An unofficial guide by Filmgrail for cinema staff on Vista. We are not part of Vista Group and we never handle your credentials. Here is where Vista Cloud, Cinema Manager and support live.

This is an unofficial guide written by Filmgrail. Filmgrail is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a reseller of Vista. Every link below goes to Vista's own website. We never ask for, see or handle your Vista username, password, PIN or API keys, and you should never type them anywhere except on Vista's own sign-in pages.

This page is about Vista cinema software from Vista Group in New Zealand. It is not about other companies called Vista. Running Veezi, Vista's product for independents? See our Veezi login and support guide.

The links were checked on 23 October 2026. If one has moved, start from vista.co.

Which login is for what

  • Vista Cloud (home.app.vista.co) is the front door for cinemas on Vista's cloud platform. You sign in once, then open each app you have access to. The first time you open an app, Vista asks you to link an existing account or create one. Desktop installers such as Vista POS are also downloaded from here.
  • Cinema Manager is Vista's back office for a site: users, sessions, stock, deals and reports. On Vista Cloud you reach it through Vista Cloud. On Vista Classic (on-premises) it runs on your circuit's own servers, so the address comes from your IT team. There is no public Cinema Manager login page.
  • POS is a Windows program on each till. Staff use the user and POS details set up for them in Cinema Manager.
  • Help Centre has its own login, used to raise and follow support requests.
  • Lumos web, mobile and kiosk are moviegoer-facing sales channels. Staff do not run the cinema from them.

If you can't log in

  • Signed in to Vista Cloud but an app asks you to sign in again? That is expected the first time. Link your existing account for that app or create a new one. See Users can't access Vista Cloud apps.
  • Coming from Vista Classic? Your Cinema Manager credentials can be used to sign in and move your account to the cloud. See Your first sign in to Vista Cloud.
  • Locked out or forgot your password? Ask your cinema's Vista administrator first. Vista Cloud identity is set up by your organisation, and administrators manage access.
  • No Vista POS download? You may need different permissions. Ask your system administrator.
  • Still stuck? Submit a request or call Vista support for your region.

How to reach Vista support

Vista asks customers to search the Help Centre first, then submit a request. Reply on the same request rather than opening a new one. These are the support lines Vista publishes:

RegionPhone
Australia, New Zealand, Pacific and Asia+64 9 984 4572
Europe, Middle East and Africa+44 20 8634 5328
North America (USA and Canada)+1 323 843 0404
Latin America+52 55 6827 8370

Third-party business partners, for products such as movieXchange or Maccs, have regional support emails listed on the same Contacting Vista support page. The numbers on Vista's main contact page are for its corporate offices, not support.

What the Vista APIs offer

Vista publishes API documentation at developer.vista.co. It is split into areas:

  • Digital Platform: the Omni-Channel API (OCAPI) lets sales channels query data and sell tickets, food and drink. It covers orders, seating, loyalty, subscriptions and payments. Older Connect V1/V2 endpoints are documented separately for on-premises sites.
  • Integration Platform: film and stock data, plus custom data access.
  • Movio EQ: marketing APIs such as contact lists.

Every request needs an authorisation token. To get access for your cinema, Vista says to talk to your local Vista representative. Development should happen in a sandbox. See Getting started.

If you are thinking of switching

Vista is the back office most large circuits run on. If you are reviewing your options, we keep neutral comparisons: Vista alternatives, Vista vs Veezi, Filmgrail vs Vista and our Vista Group supplier profile.

You may not need to replace it. Filmgrail runs on top of an existing box office and has a Vista integration: Vista keeps programming, POS, settlement and reporting, and Filmgrail supplies the cinema's website, apps and online checkout.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

How do I log in to Vista Cinema Manager?

On Vista Cloud, sign in at home.app.vista.co and open Cinema Manager from there. On Vista Classic (on-premises), Cinema Manager runs on your own servers, so the address comes from your IT team. There is no public Cinema Manager login page.

What is the Vista Cloud login URL?

home.app.vista.co. You start with your work email address. After signing in, you open each Vista app you have access to.

How do I contact Vista support?

Sign in to the Vista Help Centre at help.vista.co and submit a request. For phone support: +64 9 984 4572 (APAC), +44 20 8634 5328 (EMEA), +1 323 843 0404 (North America) or +52 55 6827 8370 (Latin America).

I can't log in to Vista. What should I do?

Ask your cinema's Vista administrator first, since your organisation manages Vista Cloud access. If an app asks you to sign in again after Vista Cloud, link your existing account or create one. If you are still stuck, submit a request to Vista support.

Does Vista have an API?

Yes. Vista documents its Vista Cloud APIs at developer.vista.co, including the Omni-Channel API for sales channels. Access is arranged through your local Vista representative.

Is Veezi the same as Vista?

Both belong to Vista Group, but they are separate products with separate logins. Veezi is the cloud box office for independent cinemas. Vista's own software is mainly used by larger circuits.
