Veezi login and support: every official link in one place

An unofficial guide by Filmgrail for cinema staff. We are not part of Veezi or Vista Group and we never handle your credentials. Here is where each Veezi login lives and who to call when it does not work.

Read this first

This is an unofficial guide written by Filmgrail. Filmgrail is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a reseller of Veezi. Every link below goes to Veezi's own website. We never ask for, see or handle your Veezi username, password, PIN or API keys, and you should never type them anywhere except on Veezi's own sign-in pages.

The links were checked on 23 October 2026. If one has moved, start from veezi.com and use its own Log In link.

Which login is for what

Veezi has three different sign-ins, and they use different credentials.

  • Back Office (my.veezi.com) uses a username and password. Managers, supervisors and the System Admin use it in a browser. POS Operators cannot log in here.
  • POS is a Windows program on the till. Staff sign on with their user number and a PIN, not a password.
  • Time and Attendance runs in a browser. Staff use their POS credentials. A manager also enters their Veezi credentials to start the day on each device. Veezi recommends a dedicated tablet, not a POS workstation.

Your moviegoers never use any of these. They book on your cinema's own ticketing pages.

If you can't log in

  • Forgot your Back Office password or username? Use the Forgotten password or Forgotten username links on the Veezi sign-in page.
  • Forgot a POS PIN? A manager resets it in Back Office under Settings > Users > Reset PIN. The staff member picks a new PIN at the next sign-on.
  • A colleague's password? A manager can change it under Settings > Users. You can change your own under Settings > Change password. See Creating and managing users.
  • Can't see a site? Users can only log in to the sites set on their user record. Ask your manager or System Admin.
  • Internet down? POS has an offline mode. Seats are not allocated while offline. See Plan ahead for internet outages.
  • Still locked out? Contact Veezi support for your region (below).

How to reach Veezi support

Veezi asks customers to log a ticket from inside Back Office first. For emergencies, also call your regional line. These are the contacts Veezi publishes on its support page:

Adding a phone number to supervisor and manager user records helps Veezi support reach them, according to Veezi's help centre.

What the Veezi API offers

Veezi publishes a REST API. It returns JSON by default, or XML on request. The public docs cover sessions, web sessions, films, film packages, screens, sites and attributes.

Access works through an access token. The cinema generates it in Back Office, once its API Integration feature is turned on, and gives it to its developer. Each token covers one site. The cinema can cancel a token at any time. See Integrate Veezi with other solutions and the authentication docs.

The web session endpoint includes a link to buy tickets for each session when Veezi web ticketing is on. Check the docs for your data centre for anything beyond that.

If you are thinking of switching

Most cinemas on Veezi are well served by it as a box office. If you are reviewing your options, we keep neutral comparisons: Veezi alternatives, Vista vs Veezi, Filmgrail vs Veezi and our Veezi supplier profile.

You may not need to switch at all. Filmgrail runs on top of an existing box office and has a Veezi integration: Veezi keeps POS, scheduling and reporting, and Filmgrail supplies the cinema's website, apps and online checkout.

Use the Forgotten password link on the my.veezi.com sign-in page. A manager can also set a new password for you under Settings > Users. For a forgotten POS PIN, a manager uses Reset PIN on the same page.
