Savoy Systems login and support: the official links for Oscar users

We never ask for, see or handle your Savoy Systems username, password, PIN or API keys, and you should never type them anywhere except on Savoy Systems's own sign-in pages.

This page is about Savoy Systems Ltd, the UK company behind the Oscar ticketing, retail and marketing system. It is not about the Savoy Theatre or the Savoy hotel.

• Locked out of Oscar or forgot your password? Ask the colleague who manages Oscar users at your venue first.
• Not sure which address to use? Savoy says Oscar can be cloud-based or a server on site, with access from anywhere. Check with your manager or IT contact which one your venue runs.
• Still stuck, or it is trading time? Call Savoy on 0115 714 1486. Savoy advertises 24/7 UK-based support.

Savoy's support page lists three routes:

According to Savoy, Oscar handles counter, telephone and online ticket sales, a café or bar till with stock control, memberships and loyalty, gift vouchers, integrated chip and PIN, barcode scan entry, email marketing and a reporting suite. Savoy says it has supplied box office software to UK venues since 2006.
