Omniterm login and support: the official links for cinema staff

This is an unofficial guide written by Filmgrail. Filmgrail is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a reseller of Omniterm. Every link below goes to Omniterm's own website. We never ask for, see or handle your Omniterm username, password, PIN or API keys, and you should never type them anywhere except on Omniterm's own sign-in pages.

Looking for heating or plumbing supplies? This page is about Omniterm, the cinema software company in Markham, Ontario. Omni-Term in Belgium is a different, unrelated company: a heating, solar and ventilation wholesaler whose trade webshop is at pro.omniterm.be.

• Customer Success Portal (my.omniterm.com) is for cinema staff who need help: searching the knowledge base, watching training and opening support cases. It has its own username and password.
• POS, theatre management and reporting are the systems you run the cinema on. Your accounts for these come from your cinema's administrator, not from the portal.
• The webstore and Manage My Booking are moviegoer-facing. Customers use them to buy, retrieve or refund tickets. Staff do not log in there to manage the cinema.

• Portal password forgotten? Use Forgot your password? on the portal login page.
• No portal account yet? Register at New User Registration.
• Locked out of the POS or back office? Ask your cinema's system administrator first. They manage staff accounts.
• Urgent, during trading? Call Omniterm support on (844) 730-1430, extension 1.

Omniterm's support page sets out two routes:

• Not urgent: search the knowledge base or open a case in the Customer Success Portal.
• Urgent: call (844) 730-1430 x1. The portal also lists +1-844-730-1430.

Omniterm publishes one toll-free number and no separate regional lines. Its head office is at 8133 Warden Avenue, Suite 400, Markham, Ontario. The published email, sales@omniterm.com, is for sales, not support.

We found no public API or developer documentation for Omniterm. If you need an integration, ask Omniterm support or your account contact what is available for your setup.

You may not need to replace the box office.
