Founded in New Zealand in 1996 and listed on the NZX and ASX since 2014, Vista Group sells Vista Cloud — point of sale, film programming, food and beverage, payments — alongside its Lumos web, mobile and kiosk channels, loyalty and subscriptions, and analytics. It reports roughly 48% share of the global cinema market outside China, India and Russia. The group also owns Veezi for independents and Movio for cinema marketing, plus distribution software.
