Simworx

Simworx builds 4D/5D effects cinemas: seating with 1DOF or 3DOF motion and vibration, plus effects such as wind, water spritz, air blasts and lighting. Cinemas are one of its listed venues, alongside theme parks, museums, science centres and family entertainment centres.

It is based in Kingswinford in the West Midlands and also builds flying theatres and dark rides, so its strength is effects auditoriums rather than full-length feature presentation.

Filmgrail has no commercial relationship with Simworx and this listing is not an endorsement. It is here because a cinema evaluating its supply chain should be able to see the whole of it in one place. Details change — check anything decision-critical with the supplier.
