Dolby is unusual in spanning almost the whole auditorium: the IMS integrated media block that decrypts and plays the DCP, the audio processor, the Atmos immersive format, and the Dolby Cinema premium brand.
The IMS3000 in particular is one of the most widely installed media blocks in the world, which makes Dolby the holder of the certificate many of your KDMs are cut against.
