Oppdal Kulturhus sells film and events from the same building to largely the same people, which makes the customer list more valuable than it would be for a cinema alone: somebody who came to a concert is a warm audience for a film, and the other way round.

Realising that depends on the bookings being in one system. Two ticketing suppliers means two customer lists, neither of which knows about the other, and no way to tell that your most frequent film-goer also comes to everything on the stage.
